The Italian population is one of the oldest in the world, the L'Aquila ones of the oldest in Italy. How did elderly manage to survive from the earthquake? How are they living now in the camps? Who is looking after them? Institutional aids are doing the best they can but there are other people that, often blamed by the increasing racism, help the Italian elderly: CAREGIVERS. Like angels (Ingerii in Romanian) they live next to people that cannot survive on their own. This documentary was shot the two days after the earthquake of the 6th of April 2009. Co-produced by Julo and ANRA.
